Dolce & Gabbana Ready to Wear F/W 2015 MFW
Highlighting the strength and beauty that coincides with being a mother. Deep romantic looks paired with a strong motherhood narrative. Literally some of the designs have the word “Mamma” embroidered in cursive all around them. Some specific attributes that stood out in this matriarchal collection would be the gowns with children’s drawings as patterns, the picture book like dresses, the headphone/crowns and especially the overall use of pregnant models, babies and small children. In and industry known for its cold demeanor, a mothers warmth is a breath of fresh air. I couldn’t help but smile. Facebook Comments
