This year they have announced the new collaboration with ERDEM, releasing a fashion teaser trailer directed by award-winning director Baz Lurhman. A release date of November second has been placed on the collection. M.I.A. – REWEAR IT (Music Video)
M.I.A. and H&M se une para un proyecto de la Semana Mundial del Reciclaje que alienta a los compradores a traer su ropa no deseada para reciclarla.. The song “Rewear It” was specifically for the campaign. Although H&M has been severely criticized for their fast fashion practices (cheap clothes that gets thrown out quickly working against recycling) and outsourced factory use. But this is a step in the right direction M.I.A. tells Vogue “Any of those things is progressive, and I think you have to give it a chance.”
