This video seems to display a simple couple running though tall grass, but as the video progresses you see the fault in the wickedness of the characters around them. It seems to take place in the deep south where racism can show it’s face. It’s like a classic Romeo and Juliet story but with legitimate American civil unjustness tied to it. I’m sure that’s not the only way to interpret the song/video.

Releasing the first song to have a music video from her new upcoming album titled “Je ne ai jamais appris” The video features the artist in a slow motion as she desperately looks around and ponders in slow motion while damp and distressed. Lykke Li told magazine NMEit would be the third part in a trilogy of her albums, claiming that the album covers the “intense period” of being a woman in her 20s. “I see my albums as a trilogy, with [2007 debut] ‘Youth Novels’ as the first one and hopefully this one as the last in this chapter,” she said. Populaire indie pop Lykke Li musicien a un nouveau titre à sa liste, an actress! Dans le prochain thriller policier à haute action intitulé Tommy. It’s usually very strange seeing musicians transition to the silver screen. I have to say the genre is a refreshing choice, since you would think she would be in a long indie film with no words and close ups of water dripping. You don’t see to much of her in the trailer below but you get a great feel of the movie. It’s in theaters March 14th. What are your thoughts? Would you go and watch this movie?
