Kurt Vile – Life Like This (Music Video)

A music video for “Life Like This” by Kurt Vile has been released from his upcoming album “b’lieve i’m going down”. In the video we can find Kurt in a studio only to later on fall into a cartoon animation scene with animals. Director Adam Avilla on the video: “a story about getting at the heart of inspiration and the surreal disjointed journey that the pursuit entails. I feel that artists of all disciplines can relate to such a notion of getting pleasantly (or sometimes unpleasantly) lost in your own thoughts, and from them reap inspiration for our best work.”

EZTV – Pretty Torn Up (Music Video)

EZTV releases their music video for their single “Pretty Torn Up” from Calling Out. Working together with The Children’s Museum of the Arts a stop motion collage animation was created. “Unlike most of our album, we recorded “Pretty Torn Up” completely at home, in Ezra’s old bedroom in Clinton Hill… [La vidéo] was pieced together in a ramshackle sort of way; we loved that the kids came back to us with the simple, direct idea of literally tearing us up and tossing us around a New York skyline—it was just so perfect. And because so much of the video focuses on Ezra’s words, ils semblaient vraiment toucher le cœur…

    Nicholas K Prêt à porter S / S 2015 NYFW

A rich fantasy adventure. Constantly flowing and drapped in rope and selective body armour/jewelry. The most beautiful dip dyed detailing on a lot of the collection was featured, making the outfits a bit more dramatic. Whats stood out: The draping and the flowing dip die. BCBG Max Azria Ready to Wear S/S 2016 NYFW

An ode to the early 2000’s teen festival attendee. A bright relaxed california vibe that skaters, surfers, and over all “chill” kids would have appreciated. Very patchwork based from the patterns to some select separates. A different kind of throwback, considering all the 70’s we’ve been seeing. See the BCBG Max Azria NYFW runway show below:
