Apple Releasing an All-Glass iPhone in 2017
In a recent news report trusted and well-known tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo announced that Apple will most likley be taking a huge leap on their upcoming iPhone design mid 2017. Ming-Chi Kuo states it’s out with the aluminum and in with pure glass design. Will it be a special hard to break glass? Let’s hope so since we now don’t want the entire phone shattering into oblivion. Further leaks state the feature is not something initially presented with the iPhone 7 but will be some sort of upgrade on a device unveiled in early to mid 2017.

M.I.A. – REWEAR IT (Music Video)
M.I.A. and H&M team up for a World Recycle Week project which encourages shoppers to bring in their unwanted to clothing for recycling purposes. The song “Rewear It” was specifically for the campaign. Although H&M has been severely criticized for their fast fashion practices (cheap clothes that gets thrown out quickly working against recycling) and outsourced factory use. But this is a step in the right direction M.I.A. tells Vogue “Any of those things is progressive, and I think you have to give it a chance.”

UK Bans Gucci Campaign Due to “Unhealthily Thin” Model
UK’s Advertising Standards Authority has banned Gucci’s Cruise 2016 campaign due to featuring a an “unhealthily thin” and “gaunt” model. The image in question was taken from a video still that appeared on thetimes.co.uk and is now banned from being used for further advertising. The ASA report states: “Her pose elongated her torso and accentuated her waist so that it appeared to be very small. Anthony Vaccarello Officially Replaces Hedi Slimane at Saint Laurent
The rumored replacement of Saint Laurent’s creative director Hedi Slimane has now been confirmed and changes have taken place immediately. Hedi Slimane has been paired with Saint Laurent for around 4 years and now has stepped down with Anthony Vaccarello as the new confirmed creative director.
