Marc Jacobs’ S/S 2015 collection at NYFW delivered a surprising mix of utilitarian structure and whimsical detail. The collection felt almost lumpy and architectural at first glance, but each piece revealed thoughtful embroidery and unexpected textures upon closer inspection. The standout feature was the spotted detailing scattered across many of the garments.
