Yohji Yamamoto’s Menswear Spring Summer 2015 show felt like a reminder of why his work continues to sit outside trend cycles entirely. While much of menswear at the time leaned toward polish or normcore restraint, Yamamoto delivered something far more assured. Relaxed, romantic, and intellectually rigorous all at once.
