The now 17-year-old campy classic is making its way back to theaters for it’s third (who knows if it’s the final) installment. Unlike most installments, with such time gaps between them the original lead is no longer wanting to tie themselves with the original movie, or they have died. Kirsten Dunst to Direct Sylvia Plath’s ‘The Bell Jar’ Film Adaptation
Cool girl actress Kristen Dunst turns director/co-writer for the popular 1960’s coming of age novel The Bell Jar. It will be her debut as a director on a feature film. We trust she will have a solid take since she has had much experience with the stylish teen angst genre with movies like The Virgin Suicides and Marie Antoinette.
