Die japanische Künstlerin Hiroko Igeta kreiert Gelenkpuppen, die zunächst durch ihre entwaffnende Haltung und Kombinationen schockieren, letztlich aber die menschliche Form als wahrnehmbare Kunst hervorheben. Geboren in Tokio 1967, Seitdem hat Igeta ihre Fähigkeiten als Puppenbildhauerin verfeinert 1986. Ihre Puppen verfügen über bewegliche Gliedmaßen.
