Read the interview below:
-height? 188 (6’2)
Q: How did you get your foot in the modeling industry? Was it hard or easy for you?
A: For the last 2-3 years i have been flirting with the thought about becoming a model. I did a couple of small jobs here and there, but nothing serious, i guess i never really believed in it at that time. A bunch of times i was told by friends and family to give it a shot for real, to go chase my dream, what’s to lose? They were right, so i did. I collected a bunch of photos and contacted the agency 1stoptionmodels, which is now my mother agency based in my beloved city of Copenhagen.
Q: What has been the highlight of your career so far and why?
A: I Just returned home from an amazing trip to Milano where i had my first season as a model. This trip gave me a lot and especially i had the privilege to do the SS15 show for Missoni, which was my first real encounter with the catwalk.
Q: Who would you like to work with?
A: I would love to work with the danish designer Asger Juel Larsen, he is a big talent and i enjoy to wear his creations. Then I of course would like to work with the big players in the industry, but i think that’s obvious for a new guy like me.
Q: How would you describe your personal style?
A: My personal style depends of my mood. Some periods i’m only wearing black clothes and boots all though its summer, and still loves what that look makes me feel. Other periods i’m rocking a more laid back surfer’ish look with my hair down, clubmasters on, and my longboard under my sneakers.
Q: What is something you don’t tell most people?
A: I’m afraid of dentists.
Q: What kind of music do you jam out to? Any specific artists?
A: When i was walking around Milano for castings i loved to listen to Billie Holliday and that genre. But when i need to shift up a gear, i’m a big fan of electronic music like Mathew Stone, and Nicolas Jaar. And of course rock when you need to get rid of some aggression.
Q: Any hidden talents?
A: I think i’m quite skilled at getting along with new people, and this have so far given me the pleasure of seeing parts of the world that i wouldn’t have dreamed of. At the same time i think i’m quite creative and I always try to find beauty in all places.
Q: What’s the last movie you saw?
A: The last Movie i saw, was The Grand Budapest Hotel by Wes Anderson. Right now i’m watching my beloved Tour De France.
Q: What project are you currently most excited for and why?
A: Right now i’m stoked about being featured on Models.com as a New Face and then i’m excited to see some of all the shoots i did in Milano the past 30 days.
Q: What are some current projects you are working on?
A: Together with my mother agency i’m currently working on a plan for my career, where to go and so on. In a few weeks the Copenhagen Fashion Week unfolds, and i’m really excited for that as well.
Q:What are you future goals and dreams?
A: My dream is to become a huge model, and to travel around the world, but still being able to do my studies. So a smart model.
