Some fashion items don’t translate well into other seasons. A neon tote during dead winter may not seem appropriate or functional. Here are some good bags that can easily be translated from the heat of summer to cool drift into fall.
The Bag Material:
With the transition to fall comes more unpredictable weather. Many bags believe it or not aren’t liquid friendly. So cancel out any suede or minimally treated leather bags. Stick to heavily treated bags, synthetic bags, and treated canvas bags.
Here are some great options. Expensive on the top, not expensive (but still chic) on the bottom.
The Bag Style:
Things to avoid (due to weather) include bucket bags and totes. Why? they can fill up with water and it is easy access for anything to get in. so flapped bags with a closer are ideal.

The Bag Color:
Last but not least the color, You can still be colorful but more muted tones are perfect. Replace a neon orange with a pumpkin orange. fuchsia with a plum and an electric yellow with a mustard yellow. Also an obvious safe bet would be neutrals, they always work perfectly for any season.
