This video seems to display a simple couple running though tall grass, but as the video progresses you see the fault in the wickedness of the characters around them. It seems to take place in the deep south where racism can show it’s face. It’s like a classic Romeo and Juliet story but with legitimate American civil unjustness tied to it. I’m sure that’s not the only way to interpret the song/video.

Lana Del Rey released her single titled West Coast off her new album Ultraviolence. This isn’t the official video but in the description it says the official video will be released soon. The song has a low key grunge feel in between choruses that isn’t something you would expect by the glamorously nostalgic songstress. But when the chorus hits she brings back her haunting vintage sound she’s known and loved for.
